'THE BOY WHO REALLY REALLY REALLY LOVES LIZARDS'
- 'The Boy Who Really Really Really Loves Lizards' is my first children's book to be published. It is a story about my little boy Oliver. From a very early age he was mad about the lizards and frogs at the Manchester Museum. We used to go every week just to see the live animals in the vivarium. One week we met Andrew Gray, the curator of the vivarium, and he let Oliver hold the lizards and took us into the back rooms where the research takes place. This made Oliver even more obsessed - and that is when I got the idea for the book. It was recently published by Manchester Museum.
The book is available to buy directly from me - only a handful of copies left - £10 each -signed! - message me directly here (free P+P in UK)

I was invited by Mid-Pennine Arts to illustrate a short story by 'Skellig' author David Almond. It was a lovely story called 'Kathleen's Garden' and was featured in a collection of stories called 'Kicking Leaves' which included winning stories written by children in the region's schools. It is available free (just pay postage) from http://midpenninearts.org.uk/shop
